What do I need to bring with me?
Bring your phone or camera to snap photos in our 18+ creative room activations created for fun selfies, photos, videos and more.
Can I purchase TFTI tickets at door?
Due to the limited number of tickets sold per hour, all tickets must be purchased in advance on our website.
Where in the Houston Galleria are you located?
We are located inside the mall directly above the Apple Store.
Where do we park?
The Galleria has free parking in its multiple parking garages but the closest garage to us is the Yellow Parking Garage.
Can I bring in a DSLR camera to take photos with?
Yes, and best of all, we don't charge extra fees for the use of professional cameras in our space.
Is there a time limit in the space?
We do not have a time limit but we do close when The Galleria shopping mall closes.
I'm coming solo, is there any available to help assist me with taking some photos?
Yes, we have friendly photo attendants that walk around and provide an extra hand as needed to our guests. We also have free selfie ring lights that you can use as well.
Do I need a ticket if I'm not taking photos in the space?
Everyone that comes inside will need a ticket including personal photographers.
Will my party be the only group at TFTI during our reservation?
No but we do sell a limited number of tickets per hour. Guests can skip occupied room activations and come back to them later.
Are you kid-friendly?
Very, our experience is made for all ages.
Do you have a fitting room?
Yes, we have a fitting room onsite and restrooms as well.
Can I bring my own selfie ring light, tripod or selfie stick?
Yes, you definitely can!
Can I bring in props like birthday number balloons to use for the photos?
Yes, all family-friendly types of props are welcome to be used in photos in our rooms.
I'm a professional photographer, can I bring my client to do a photoshoot at TFTI?
Yes, professional photographers are welcome. The only rule is that everyone will need a ticket.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time. We do however have a special doggy day which we may have in the near future.

Do you have any Houston professional photographers we can hire for a photoshoot at TFTI?

Do you have any photo booths take pictures on site?
At times we have a few photo booth activations setup in a few rooms sponsored by Lucky Shots, Houston Photo Booth Rental.
Who created the different photo installations?
95% of all the rooms are created in house by our TFTI ownership team. We are also lucky to feature interactive art from local Houston artists 1nput0utput who have their work featured in various art museum in Houston.
What is your most popular room installations? Are they available year round?
Our most popular rooms are our Upside Down X-mas Room and our Infinity Mirror Room. They definitely makes you feel like you've entered a museum of illusions Houston. Our LOVE Letters room is also a crowd favorite and we even had marriage proposals in front of it.
